This product is made to order and fulfilled by our trusted production partners. Production and delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, and time of year.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery information will be shown during checkout where available.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at connect@letsleepingdogslie.co.uk and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

As all products are made specifically for each order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size selection, or unwanted items.

This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
